Why Dad Bods of Golf Private Golf Club
Dad Bods of Golf, LLC is not just a golf league.
It is a private, membership-based golf club built for everyday golfers who love the game, love the competition, and love the people they play with even more.
DBoG was created for the golfers who may not look like tour pros, may not practice like tour pros, and may occasionally need a breakfast ball off the first tee, but still show up, compete, chirp their buddies, and make golf more fun for everyone around them.
This is a private club with a limited number of members. That is intentional.
DBoG is built around community, trust, team competition, and keeping the right culture. Members are part of organized seasonal tournaments, team-based league play, live events, optional gatherings, prize opportunities, and the year-round chaos that comes with a bunch of Dad Bods trying to pretend they have their golf games figured out.
The 2026 DBoG league, The Bods Team Up, includes monthly tournaments, team and individual scoring, captain-led teams, live events, a welcome party, a summer BBQ, local golf events, and an end-of-year golf trip. Tournament rounds are tracked through 18Birdies, scored using net scores, and played under agreed-upon league rules to keep things fun, fair, and competitive.

As a member, you are part of a team, competing in organized tournaments, chasing points, climbing leaderboards, and building rivalries with other golfers who love the game as much as you do.
DBoG welcomes all skill levels. Low handicaps, high handicaps, weekend warriors, and guys still trying to break 100 all have a place here. With handicap-based scoring, everyone has a chance to help their team win.

How to Become a Member
DBoG is private and has a max number of members.
There are two ways to get in:
Join a Team
A current member can vouch for you to be added to their team, with captain approval.
Join the Waitlist
A current member can vouch for you to be added to the waitlist for the next available opening.

Who Fits DBoG?
You do not need to be great at golf.
You do need to be someone people want to play with.
We look for golfers who show up, play honestly, respect the group, support their team, and know how to compete without ruining the fun.
